This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through this website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Made-to-Order Products

All products sold on this website are made to order and fulfilled by a third-party production partner. As a result, all sales are final, except as expressly stated in this policy.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

buyer’s remorse
incorrect size selection
color or design preference
incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, you must notify us within 30 days of delivery.

To submit a claim, please contact us at:

and include:

your order number
a clear description of the issue
clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage

If the issue is verified, we will, at our discretion:

issue a replacement, or
issue a refund

at no additional cost to you.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

Claims for orders lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but reported as missing may be subject to carrier investigation before a resolution is provided.

Returns & Exchanges

Because products are custom-made:

We do not offer returns for buyer’s remorse
We do not offer size exchanges
We do not offer refunds for incorrect addresses provided at checkout

If you request a replacement for reasons not covered by this policy, a new order must be placed at your expense.

Return Address & Unauthorized Returns

Returns are processed through our fulfilment partner and routed to their facility based on the original fulfilment location (typically within the United States).

Do not return any products without prior authorization.
Unauthorized returns may not be processed and will not be refunded.

Unclaimed, refused, or returned shipments may be donated or disposed of after a holding period, and refunds will not be issued in such cases.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

If an order is returned due to:

an incorrect address
incomplete address details
failure to claim the package

You may be responsible for reshipping costs if a replacement is requested.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a product purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
