We currently ship within the United States only. Orders placed with shipping addresses outside the United States will not be processed.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

If an order is returned due to an address error or failure to claim the package, reshipping costs may apply.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but reported as missing may be subject to carrier investigation before a resolution is provided.

Customs & Duties

Since we ship within the United States only, customs fees and import duties do not apply.
